I view BSG more as a partner than as consultants. A consultant comes in with a contract and programme, nothing meaty comes out of it. With BSG, they role up their sleeves, become part of the team and uncovered new processes. Not like the other consultants here. The BSG guys are always part of the team, to the extent that I would not call them consultants.

We collaboratively developed a new methodology which is flexible enough to use across our different IT functions and systems. Stakeholders across the business have reflected that the methodology has improved the quality of the relationship between Business and IT resulting in better specification of requirement and management of expectations.
